The buyer receives all of the responsibility for the use of our equipment.
Slapukas.lt does not accept any responsibility for any illegal use of the equipment.
The Buyer is responsible according to the effective laws of the Republic of Lithuania for illegal and/or unlawful use of equipment.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Buyer confirms that he familiarized himself with the Rules by clicking the “Purchase” (“Buy”) button. Therefore, the confirmed Rules are a legally binding agreement for both of the Parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, the conditions of purchasing goods and paying for them, as well as the order of delivery and return and the responsibilities of the parties.
1.2. In case of a need or in the circumstances, specified in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller has the right to change, amend or update the Rules.
1.3. In case the Seller is provided with the right or obligation to provide the Buyer with information or documents via electronic mail, the Buyer is held responsible for the provision of his own electronic mail address at all times.
2. Ordering goods – the moment of sale legal relationship take place
2.1. The Buyer can order goods from the Slapukas.lt website in one of the following ways:
2.1.1. Via internet by registering at the Slapukas.lt webpage (by entering his registration name and password);
2.1.2. Via internet without registering at the Slapukas.lt webpage;
2.1.3. Via telephone;
2.1.4. Via e-mail;
2.2. The Buyer, who has ordered the goods according to a way, specified in articles 2.1.1 – 2.1.2 of these Rules, is obliged to provide his personal data, needed for the fulfillment of his order, in corresponding information fields, provided by the Seller.
2.3. The provisions of rules are applied to goods being ordered by the telephone or in the Office. By providing an order, the Buyer agrees with the rules.
2.4. Whenever a Buyer, after choosing the purchased good or services and forming a shopping cart, executes all of the steps of ordering the goods, the last of which being the choosing of a payment way and confirmation, it is held that a goods sale-purchase agreement has been concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and they both entered sale-purchase legal relationships.
3. Buyer’s rights
3.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the order according to the provisions of these Rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the agreement according to the provisions of these Rules.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to change or return purchased goods according to the provisions of these Rules.
3.4. The Buyer has other rights, provided for in these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Buyer’s obligations
4.1. By using the Slapukas.lt website, the Purchaser is obliged to execute his obligations, follow these rules and other conditions, clearly provided at the Slapukas.lt website and to refrain from breaching all and any legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.2. The Buyer has to pay for ordered goods or services and accepted them according to the order of these Rules.
5. Seller’s rights
5.1. The Seller has the right to change, stop or terminate specific functions of the Slapukas.lt website or a part of them, to change the positioning of the elements of the Slapukas.lt website.
5.2. The Seller has the right to stop or terminate the activity of Slapukas.lt. In such a case – all accepted and confirmed orders of the Buyers are executed and new orders are not accepted.
5.3. The Seller has the right to change the volume or way of implementation of services, provided at Slapukaslt, to stop or terminate the provision of services or their parts, to demand remuneration for services or parts of the services.
5.4. If the Buyer tries to harm the Slapukas.lt website stability, security or in case the Buyer fails to execute his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without any prior warning limit or terminate the possibility of the Buyer to use Slapukas.lt or temrinate the Buyer’s account in exceptional cases.
5.5. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without any prior warning in case the Buyer fails to pay for the goods in 3 (three) business days.
5.6. The Seller has other rights, provided for in these Rules and other Slapukas.lt documents and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller’s obligations
6.1. To create all conditions for you to properly use the services, provided by the online store.
6.2. Deliver your ordered goods, according to the address you have provided and during an agreed delivery term.
6.3. In case the Seller is not able to present the goods due to important circumstances, he obliges to provide the Buyer with an analogous product or a product which is as similar as possible in its functions. In case the Buyer refuses to accept the product, which was offered instead of the undelivered one, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer in 14 (fourteen) business days, if that was a pre-payment and to cancel the order in any case.
7. Product prices, settlement order and terms
7.1. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways:
7.1.1. By internet-banking;
7.1.2. By bank-transfer;
7.1.3. By cash during the delivery/collection;
7.2. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the product purchase documents – invoices, which are also the warranty checks for the good, would be provided to him in electronic format to the e-mail, he specified in the Buyer registration form;
7.3. The price of the Goods cannot change if the Seller confirms the order, with the exception of cases when the price of the product changed due to a technical error of the informational systems or other objective reasons, which were not related to the Buyer. In such a case, if the Buyer does not agree to buy the product for the new price, he can refuse the order by informing the Buyer in 1 (one) business day. After the cancellation of the order according to this article, all of the paid sums are returned to the Buyer.
8. Product delivery
8.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose delivery with a courier service or a pick-up service.
8.2. If the Buyer chooses a courier delivery service:
8.2.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
8.2.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. A valid identity card (ID card, passport or a driving license of a new type) must be provided upon receipt of the goods. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer is not entitled to convey any claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the unsuitable person against the Seller.
8.2.3. The goods are delivered by the courier service. Shipping cost is 3 €. When delivering goods to the Curonian Spit, a shipping fee of € 21 is added to the price of the delivery.
8.3. The risk of accidental damage or partial damage to the goods is passed to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to him.
8.4. If the goods cannot be delivered to the Buyer within the set limit of time and the Buyer has not paid for the goods, such goods shall be returned to the Seller, and the order shall be canceled.
9. Returning the goods
9.1. Article 6.228 (11), part 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania provides that "The User shall be entitled, without giving the reason and without prejudice to any costs other than the expenses specified in this Code in Article 6.228 (11), to cancel the remote contract or contract concluded on non-commercial premises within fourteen days, unless it is an exception, provided for in part 2 of this article ". In accordance with this procedure, the following items of good quality can be returned:
9.1.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement by giving notice to the seller in writing and returning the goods at his own expense within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order (receipt of the consignment is confirmed by a signature to the courier).
9.1.2. The buyer is not entitled to exercise the specified right of withdrawal if the contract was concluded for audiovisual works and phonograms on any video or audio media, the supply of computer programs and the purchaser violated the protective package.
9.1.3. If the buyer has been given an additional discount offer, this discount is automatically canceled if the customer cancels (or returns) at least one proper quality item of this offer.
9.1.4. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract when the item is fully or partially paid for according to a credit agreement, concluded between the seller and the buyer or the seller and the third party. In this case, this consumer’s credit agreement must be terminated without any additional obligations of the buyer.
9.2. The buyer must return the goods to the Slapukas.lt office either by himself or through the courier service upon returning the goods. Returning a proper quality item requires to:
9.2.1. Deliver the item in original, orderly packaging;
9.2.2. Deliver the item unused and not damaged by the buyer;
9.2.3. Present the item intact in appearance (unopened film, undamaged label, etc.). This does not apply to the return of defective goods;
9.2.4. Deliver a complete item;
9.2.5. Submit a purchase or warranty voucher;
9.2.6. Submit a written return request for the item *
* When returning a product, the customer submits a request specifying the exact order information: order number, date, brand name and model, price, delivery date and account number, where he requests to transfer the refund. If the money is requested to be returned to the account of another person rather than the buyer, it is necessary to provide the power of attorney (authorization) issued by the buyer allowing a third party to receive the refunded money.
9.3. According to the law, the Seller undertakes to return to the Buyer all the amounts paid, including the costs paid by the Buyer, for the delivery of the goods, immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day that he received the Buyer's notice of withdrawal. If the buyer refuses to conclude the contract, the Buyer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
9.4. Slapukas.lt has the right to deduct the amount of the additional discount from the money provided to the buyer if the buyer has used an additional discount offer and subsequently canceled (returned) at least one item from the offer subject to the discount.
9.5. The warranty is not renewed during the warranty period by replacing the purchased item with another due to inadequate quality. I.e. the original warranty period remains valid for the replacement product.
9.6. When the item is returned due to inadequate quality, Slapukas.lt undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of good quality or refund the money paid. Goods of inadequate quality are changed and returned in accordance with the 11 June 2006 Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697 (Resolution No. 738 edit of July 24, 2014) approved by the "Rules of Retail Trade".
10. Guarantee service
10.1. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania stipulate that is sufficient to have a purchase document - a check receipt, an invoice or a leasing contract, on which the purchased product is clearly indicated in order to receive guarantee service. This document confirms the time of purchase of the product and the person acquiring the item. In addition, a warranty voucher is required only if the description of the exact model of the product is not included in the purchase document (this information must then be indicated on the guarantee voucher).
10.2. 12 months guarantee period.
10.3. After the delivery of a product for guarantee service, you must have a proof of purchase (purchase receipt) or a filled in warranty voucher.
10.4. Guarantee repairs are free of charge only if the product is/becomes defective during the guarantee period.
10.5. The guarantee does not apply to parts that are susceptible to natural wear.
10.6. The buyer must deliver the goods to the guarantee service himself.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement will have disagreements resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
