Privacy Policy

General provisions.

1. The Privacy Policy regulates the main principles and the procedure of collection, processing and storage of data of the online shop’s www.slapukas.lt client.

1.2. In course of processing the personal data of a client, we follow the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “The Regulation”), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “LLPPDRL”), the Law on Electronic Communications of Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as “LECLR”) and other directly applicable legal norms for regulation of personal data protection as well as the instructions of the relevant institutions involved in data protection monitoring (in Lithuania – the State Data Protection Inspectorate).

1.3. Upon providing his (her) personal data to the online shop’s www.slapukas.lt, a client assents to management and processing of the data by slapukas.lt for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy and the relevant legal norms upon applying the means and the procedure specified in them.

2. Personal data collection, processing and storage.

1.Slapukas.lt shall collect personal data for strictly determined and legitimate purposes honestly and confidentially. The personal data shall be stored no longer than laws or Republic of Lithuania provide.

2.1. The personal data of a client (full name, address, telephone number, e-mail) shall be collected and processed for an execution of the provided order (issue an invoice; organization o delivery of goods; execution of other obligations specified in the order). 

3. Selling the personal data to third parties.

3.1. The Seller shall shave a right to transfer the information to third parties for the purposes specified in the Subparagraph 2.2 only.

4. Alterations or update of the personal dat.

4.1. A client may alter and/or update the data provided in the registration form at any moment upon sending a notice to e-mail info@slapukas.lt or by telephone +370 67060651.

5. Data processing for purposes related to direct marketing.

5.1. Upon a prior approval of the client only and following the provisions of LLPPDRL, LECLR and the Regulation, Slapukas.lt shall send you newsletters of www.slapukas.lt by e-mail.

5.2. The personal data of a client usable by Slapukas.lt for direct marketing include the full name and e-mail of the client.

5.3. The personal data of a client intended for direct marketing shall be stored until the opt-out provided by the client.

5.4. In spite of a prior consent of a client for using his (her) personal data for direct marketing by Slapukas.lt, the client may alter his (her) mind at any moment and provide the opt-out by e-mail info@slapukas.lt or by telephone +370 67060651.

6. The cookies.

6.1. Slapukas.lt hereby informs that upon striving for offering you services of full value on the website www.slapukas.lt , we’ll introduce cookies in your computer (equipment). Then we’ll use the introduced information to recognize you as a previous visitor of the website while collecting the data for website traffic statistics. You may review the introduced information (the cookies) at any moment and delete all the cookies or any part of them. In addition, you may provide to consent to introducing the information (cookies) in your computer (equipment) and its use; however, in such a case, you may loss an access to some functions of the website. We presume that on using the E-shop, you’ll assent to introducing the information in your computer (equipment). You may recall the provided consent at any moment by altering the setting of your browser or applying to us (the contact data are provided on the website www.slapukas.lt).

7. Provision of references on the website www.slapukas.lt

On the website, references to websites of third parties or legal norms as well as references to social networks may be provided. It is notable that to the websites of third parties which references are provided on www.slapukas.lt, the Privacy Policies of the said third parties shall be applicable and the Company assumes no responsibility for the contents of information provided on their websites as well as for the activities of the said third parties and the provisions of their Privacy Policies. 

8. Alteration of the Rules and the final provisions.

8.1. Slapukas.lt shall be entitled to alter the privacy conditions wholly or partly by a notice on www.slapukas.lt.

A further use of services on the website www.slapukas.lt means that these Rules are followed.
